Scientific truth
Our authors are bound to the scientific truth in their work. They will not falsify or manipulate any scientific findings.
Respect for intellectual property
We respect the intellectual property of third parties. Wherever we use data, research results or ideas of other authors in our work, we will indicate this clearly.
No misuse of data
All information communicated by our customers during the business relationship will be used exclusively for the purpose agreed with the customer. This applies both for personal data as well as for all other information. In particular, we delete all data following completion of the project, and under no circumstances will we contact the customer unasked. We also keep the identity of the customer from our authors insofar as the customer does not expressly request direct contact with the author. Anonymous communication between the customer and author can be enabled at any time via our agencies.
No unlawful content
We do not accept orders for texts whose content is unlawful or violates any generally accepted principles. In particular, this applies for work whose thematic guidelines are of a discriminatory or racist nature, or that violate the personal rights of third parties.
Binding nature of contractual agreements
Should disagreements arise between a customer and an author, we will review the customer's objections neutrally and objectively. In particular, we will not attempt to derive any benefit should the customer feel unable to take legal actual for any reason whatsoever.
Confidentiality of authorship
We commit to maintaining confidential our authorship of texts permanently. This commitment also applies for our authors beyond the duration of their cooperation with us.
No trade in titles
Within the scope of our doctorate consulting, we cooperate exclusively with recognised universities affording an unlimited right to confer doctorate titles, and prepare doctoral theses according to recognised academic standards. We offer our customers comprehensive support in fulfilment of the academic criteria, but do not cooperate with any institutions that confer the doctoral degree without the according academic performance by the candidate.
Non-discriminatory corporate governance
Employees and freelance authors are exclusively selected according to professional criteria . The ethnic origin, gender, disabilities, or religious or ideological beliefs do not influence the selection or remuneration of our employees. Use of the masculine form herein and in other company documents is exclusively for simplification purposes; all statements made also apply for female customers, authors and employees in precisely the same manner.
