Academic ghostwriting requires consistently high quality and absolute punctuality. A bachelor thesis, The master's thesis or dissertation must not only satisfy the highest quality standards but also be completed on time. At ACAD WRITE, we are therefore committed to standardised processes so as to be able to react quickly at all times to divergences from the agreed time frame in all projects. Our quality management includes the entire process – from acceptance of an order through to delivery of the finished product to the customer.

Quality management begins with selection of our ghostwriters

Quality management in ghostwriting begins with selection of the ghostwriter. Some freedom in the selection of personnel must be retained; not every decision can be defined in rigid rules. A catalogue of personal characteristics that applicants must fulfil exists nonetheless. This catalogue must continually be updated; the requirements made of academic work are subject to constant change. Two core competences still form the focus: ghostwriters working for us must hold a university degree in the subject in which they wish to work. Furthermore, they must have demonstrated a proven high level of linguistic competence in their own work. New additions to this list of requirements include further expertise and capabilities whose importance has increased dramatically in recent years. These include familiarity with important standard software and in many fields, also in-depth statistical expertise, for example. Our catalogue of essential core competences is continually updated.

Our ghostwriters' quality checks

Quality checks on work to deliver also constitute an important aspect of our quality management. A key component of these checks is the plagiarism check, which is performed as standard. Moreover, the formal structure and completeness of work is checked. Feedback from our customers helps us to continually optimise our quality checks.

Process management in ghostwriting begins with communication

Standardised processes help us to continually improve communication with our customers. Customers are often under a certain amount of time pressure, hence the reaction time to customer queries is of vital importance. We ideally strive to advise all customers within one working day of the conditions and time frame within which an order can be completed.

Certification according to ISO 9001

Our aim for 2013 is to be the first ghostwriting agency to obtain certification according to ISO 9001. Central requirements of this norm are a strong customer orientation in addition to firmly implemented processes for continual improvement.
